Mark Williams
Mark has been an active cam paigner in Hoole and Newton for the last 8 years. He spearheaded the campaign against the Elms surgery closing, successfully campaigned for ‘20 is Plenty’ and is jointly running a campaign with local businessman Adam Dandy to make Hoole bridge safe. Mark is also heavily involved in local community events, particularly Nottinghoole who raise funds for the Hoole Christmas lights, and helped Hoole win a Best National High street competition. Mark is passionate about the community he lives in, and is committed to work hard to make life in Hoole and Newton even better.

Noel McGlinchey
Noel is the former City councillor for Hoole All Saints, and has been a committed local champion for over 20 years. As City Councillor, he inaugurated Hoole Christmas lights by securing funding from both local businesses and the Millennium Commission in 1999. He also ensured a thorough public consultation on the original design for The Narrows Community Park to ensure it was developed as a environmentally friendly space where residents could walk in enjoyment and safety. Path lighting was secured at his insistence. Passionate about ensuring that your voice is at the heart of our democracy, Noel has been campaigning for a Peoples Vote on the final Brexit deal.
